Yugeta Shoyu is the first seller of non-heat treated
and unfiltered soy sauce in Japan.
At this event, we will be using ceramic and wooden presses instead of the machines shown in the video.

Universally used for cooking simmered dishes.
Its fragrance and clear red color enhance the
taste of Japanese typical simmered dishes.
Using locally grown organic soybeans and
wheat, organic soy sauce is brewed in wooden
vats. It is fermented well and featured because
of its nice aroma. It is certified as an Organic
JAS product (Japanese Agricultural Standard).

Organic Soy Sauce

Raw soy sauce with umami (flavor) of yeast fungi and lactic acid bacteria pressed out in the factory. It is an unfiltered and unsterilized product in need of refrigeration.
Home grown organic soybeans and
wheat are used and brewed in a wooden vat.
Soy sauce that goes well with red meat fish Sashimi is Ginjo Pure Raw Soy Sauce in which yeast fungi are alive. Lingering umami of yeast fungi enhances the umami of red-meat fish Sashimi
